Half the closet door. Fix the hole in the bathroom wall. Make opening in the bedroom wall and install new AC unit for bedroom. Install missing trim between wall and floor. Update the light switches and the electric outlets to white. I will order and pay for all materials from HD and Lowe’s. Need to pick up and install.
