Finish/trim carpenters needed for a project in Key West, FL.
Client will pay for housing, per diem and gas to work weekdays on a nine-week job.

$23 per hour to start, brief job details below:
Workers must remove existing windows of approximately 120. Existing windows need to be removed (they will be taken down to the dumpster by laborers already on site). Then they will need to screw-in/nail framing:
- three (3) 2"x8" at each jamb
- one (1) 2"x8" at sill
- one (1) 2"x8" at header
- 6"x6" center post at large window openings
- steel angle at header screwed to new lumber with tap cons.
Two experienced finish/trim carpenters needed. Labor with haul/carry/assist will be provided.
Worker must have their tools Basic hand tools such as hammer, crowbar, and power tolls" screw guns, nailers.
Lodging will be provided leaving Friday afternoon. (Possible Sunday night if needed – leaving Friday afternoon). We will provide lodging starting Monday afternoon with a check out Friday.
$50 gas (must share vehicle) and $30/day per dime per person.
