Essential Function
Seeking a skilled Floor Technicians to join our janitorial team. The Floor Technicians will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors within our facilities located in the Miami Area, especially the Nicklaus Children's Hospital. Perform daily floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and buffing floors.
Candidates need proven experience as a Floor Technician or in a similar role within the janitorial industry.
Knowledge of floor care techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
Ability to meet physical requirements, including being on feet for the entire shift and lifting to 10 lbs.
Knowledge operating floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbing machines, and vacuums.
Adhere to dress code such wearing company uniform
Report to work in a timely manner
Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times
Comply with all company policies and standard procedures
Communicate the mission, ethics and goals of our organization
Eligible to work in US
Must pass a background check
Days Monday to Saturday
Schedule 10pm to 4am
