Marine Woodworking shop looking to add full-time employee (7:30-4) to our team of experienced carpenters. We perform repair and restoration work that requires attention to detail and excellent joinery.
Experience with cabinetry and drawer fabrication (including hinges, pulls & slides, not Ready to Assemble junk cabinetry being mass produced), high end trim carpentry, veneer glue ups, custom furniture builds are all skills from outside the marine woodworking industry that translate well. Removal and installation of teak decks and TDS caulking experience is a plus.
Our woodworkers are responsible for demo, templating, fabrication of wood, dry fit of interior joinery and installation. We have a full finish department that beautifies your skilled craftsmanship. Marine Tables, Color Matched & Toned Cabinetry, Restoration of water damage that looks like it never happened, custom everything, the list is extensive what we do and you'll be proud of the work you put out here.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to read shop drawings when possible or template
Creatively plan, layout materials needed, organize your days and complete carpentry projects
Conduct repair work and installation of custom interior boat joinery
Ability to operate hand tools (routers, edge banders, planers, chisels) & shop machinery (table saw, joiner, etc)
No drama, no tweakers, no bullshit shop, we are here to grind, provide a stable work environment and produce great work for our long term clients and then go home in the evening.
