I'm a very reasonable and generous individual with the background in this industry. I know how hard it can be. I know how underappreciated you can be. I know how abused and used you can be. That's one of the reasons I got out when I did. Now I'm back and want to be better than ever not just for me but for everyone who wants to join me in this venture. This is very real. Don't pass it by. Talk cost you nothing. As they say, talk is cheap. But in this equation that's all that will be cheap. Here's what I would like to know in the early stages of screening out applicants. I'm hoping to find master technicians for each of the domestically produced automobiles. So let me know what your specialty is early on in fact put it in the subject line. Also let me know your ASE level of certification. I'm hoping to build a team of Master technicians. After I have assembled the domestic team I wanted to do the same for foreign car specialists. For now this is all about repair technicians. Eventually I'm going to get body men into the mix. My goal is to generate as much money as possible and share that with the people who can create that environment where we will all Thrive and enjoy each other's company and our accumulating wealth. You should know up front that I'm very big on effective communication. So if you're the kind of person who cannot follow through with a mere conversation, with respect, and due diligence, my confidence in your ability to do the right thing and what will be your job function is lost right out of the gate. I communicate with people electronically the way I would as if they were straight in front of my face. I would expect the same of you. Largely this means I would want you to respond to every bit of communication you ever received from me even if it's simply the letter K so I know that you're aware of it. My ideas are very unusual with regard to how the industry runs and that's why we're going to make more money than anybody else with this new platform of doing business. So if we get to the point where we're negotiating your pay I need you to prove to me which are currently making. Don't be thinking that it's going to limit your earning ability. It will not. But I want to see where we're starting from.
