Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Sales/ Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be required to estimate jobs and sell them. Also be able to manage the jobs. Will need to have good communication skills and organization. Will need to possess own reliable vehicle. Company vehicle will be provided after probationary timeframe has been met. Must have a clean driver's license and must have valid authorization to work in the USA. This is a commission based position.
Duties
Visiting new customers and estimating jobs
Managing current jobs sold
Keeping organized list of sub-contractors at jobsites
Managing and keeping track of job timeframes
Requirements
Must live in the West Palm area.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other basic devices needed.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects as needed.
Valid driver's license with no driving offenses.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must be familiar with supply and material ordering.
Must have 10 years experience in the construction field
Must be experienced in full home renovations.
Needs have at least 4 years experience in sales and estimating for construction.
Need to maintain clean and professional appearance at all times.
