The Ringemann Plumbing Inc. Superintendent oversees and directs approximately 25 personnel for the installation of plumbing from rough out to final inspection. The Superintendent must be able to supervise projects from conception to completion; participate planning and reviewing projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and help estimate costs; oversee all onsite and offsite construction (pre-fab) operations; monitor compliance with building, codes, transportation, and environmental, and safety regulations. The Superintendent must demonstrate a solid background in the field. Key qualifiers will reflect leadership skills and extensive experience directing the work of others and making quick decisions when necessary. Training and certifications should demonstrate full knowledge and ability to implement job site safety.
The Superintendent must be able to communicate effectively through verbal and basic written means and coordinate daily and weekly milestones with management and administrative staff. The Superintendent is highly visible and must demonstrate ethical conduct and leadership through actions and deeds to all personnel.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

In-depth knowledge of plumbing procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines
Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
Ability to layout ground rough, and top out stages of custom residential and commercial plumbing projects
Aptitude in math
Ability to develop flat isometric drawings
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements
Works well with a diverse group of people
Strong work ethic and moral character
This position requires:
