Blind Stitch - Custom Drapery and Upholstery
We are a family owned and operated drapery workroom and upholstery shop looking to hire the following positions for immediate hire. Join our growing and expanding company and enjoy working with a team of talented people who love what they do! :)
DRAPERY SEAMSTRESSES
- Must have advanced skill and experience on industrial sewing machines, overlock, blind stitch, straight stitch
- Must have experience cutting, pressing, and tabling draperies
- We would like someone who has specific training and experience with custom drapery manufacturing
UPHOLSTERER
- Experienced upholsterer for custom pieces and reupholstery
- Able to assist with delivery/assembly of custom furniture on site
- Experience and skill on industrial sewing machines is a plus!
- Making patterns and cutting is a plus
PILLOWS & CUSHIONS
- Experienced seamstress specific to pillows and cushions
- Must be able to make patterns, cut and sew independently
- Must be excellent with pattern matching, sewing invisible zippers, etc.
- Skilled with overlock, straight stitch, heavy duty industrial sewing machines
- Must be able to read a work ticket and produce pillows from beginning to end without assistance.

HOURS ARE:
Monday-Friday 7AM-3-4PM - Overtime Opportunities depending on time of year and production demands
PAY:
Negotiable based on experience and position
