Experience moving coordinator wanted for an A rated, Accredited Carrier, we are NOT a Broker.
Need a turnkey candidate who will handle our customer's move from pickup day through the delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience including customer service
- Punctual
- Organized
- Ability to multi-task/work in faced pace environment
- Granot experience
JOB DESCRIPTION
During Move Day
- Introduce yourself as the new POC for the customer
- Handle all incoming calls on the day of the move such asking for ETA, review moving charges, special instructions, etc.
While in Transit
- Work with dispatchers/agents to acquire accurate delivery dates to relay to the customer
- Handle all inbound calls regarding an questions while shipment is in transit
Follow Up after Delivery
- Call customers 1-2 days following their move to ensure everything went well. Maintain reputation (getting good reviews/mitigating poor reviews)
- Assisting customers with claim registration if applicable
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (9:30AM-6:30PM/lunch break)
Position is NOT remote
PAY: $18hr-$20hr
