Edda's Cakes Company, a growing bakery distributor serving major retailers like Publix, Winn Dixie, Fresco y Mas, Target, Sedano’s, and more, is hiring a Route Sales/Driver to join our South Florida team.
Job Responsibilities:
Take and process customer orders while maintaining proper stock rotation
Deliver and merchandise bakery products to established grocery accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff
Demonstrate knowledge of company products, pricing, and promotions
Maximize sales opportunities while minimizing product shrinkage
Ensure excellent product placement and maximize shelf visibility
Begin work early (5:00 AM start time) and work independently on assigned route
Experience & Skills:
Valid driver’s license + clean record (No CDL required)
Good communication and basic computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently.
Must have the ability to work Monday-Friday. Additional days may be needed based on volume and seasonality.
Required Travel throughout region. Must have dependable transportation.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Grocery/retail experience a plus
Saturday availability a plus
Bi-lingual prefered (English & Spanish)
Compensation & Perks:
$600–$750 per week
Hourly + Commission
