Description Robert Half is partnering with a national real estate development company that is looking for a commercial real estate or corporate paralegal to join its legal team in its NW Miami headquarters. Base salary up to $100,000 plus bonus and full benefits.Responsibilities: Assist in drafting real estate documents: purchase and sale agreements; construction contracts; commercial real estate leases; and closing documents for the sale or purchase of real property. Assist in processing financing documentation for construction and permanent loans. Assemble due diligence materials in connection with the sale of property and financing of project. Review due diligence materials for pending transactions, including title and survey matters. Coordinate real estate closings and loan closings.
