Job DescriptionThe Paid Advertising Specialist is a critical member of our marketing team, responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing paid digital campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more. This role demands a detail-oriented, well-organized individual with excellent communication and leadership skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with other Media teams, including the Traditional Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Account and Analytics teams. As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will employ a data-driven approach to create impactful marketing strategies, optimize campaign performance, and support the organization in achieving its business objectives. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset to continuously improve and innovate within the rapidly evolving PPC and paid social media landscape.  Role Responsibilities: Strategize, execute, and manage PPC and paid social media campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Local Service Ads (LSAs). Implement and manage paid social and paid search-driven campaigns using online platforms and tools, including Outgrow, CallRail, and Zapier to ensure seamless tracking and reporting. Set up, optimize, and scale paid campaigns while implementing A/B testing, audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategies to maximize conversions. Analyze and refine existing high-performing campaigns to maintain growth and optimize performance. Use a data-driven approach to develop marketing strategies and plans that support and achieve the firm’s business objectives. Assist in developing media strategies and building paid media plans, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and ad creatives. Ensure all tracking codes, UTM parameters, and integrations with CallRail, Zapier, and other conversion tracking tools are properly installed and functioning correctly. Monitor and optimize Local Service Ads (LSAs) and Google My Business profiles for multiple locations to enhance lead generation. Provide clear creative direction to the design team for ad creatives on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display Network. Conduct competitive research, audience segmentation, and trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities. Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media and PPC advertising. Track and report performance metrics, ROI, and KPIs to refine campaigns and maximize efficiency. Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM EST
