They are supported by dedicated teams that handle administrative and non-legal tasks, allowing attorneys to do what only attorneys should do.Key Responsibilities:Screen potential litigation clients and conduct in-depth interviews with clients and witnessesManage case files and oversee all aspects of litigation strategyDraft pleadings, motions, and discovery documentsNegotiate with insurance companies to secure favorable outcomesPrepare for and participate in mediations and settlement discussionsConduct witness interviews and depositions, and prepare clients for their depositionsProvide legal counsel to clients throughout the litigation processAssist with trial preparation and representation as neededCollaborate closely with supervising attorneys to ensure seamless case management and results-driven litigationSalary: $90K - $160K (based on experience)Employment Type: Full-TimeWorking Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 6:30PM EST
