We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Salesforce administration and development, be a fast learner, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 Key ResponsibilitiesOnsite Monday - Friday (8:30pm - 5:30pm EST) Administer, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce platform.Build and enhance business process automation using Flows and other Salesforce automation tools.Write and optimize SOQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and data management.Design and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing data integrity efforts.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and release management activities.Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support to end users.Recommend best practices and continuous improvements across the Salesforce environment.
