Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Wire Transfer Specialist with bilingual Spanish skills to join our back-office operations team. The candidate will be responsible for processing domestic and international wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Wire Transfers: Process and verify domestic and international wire transfers in a timely and accurate manner.
Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
Reconciliation: Assist in daily reconciliation of wire transfers, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Customer Support: Provide support to internal teams and customers, responding to inquiries related to wire transfers.
Bilingual Communication: Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, handling documentation and customer queries in both languages.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Previous experience in banking operations or wire transfers preferred.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance is a plus.
