We are currently seeking an experienced well-rounded environmental or chemical representative in the Chicago area that excels in sales. Duties include working closely with existing customers, prospecting and calling on selected new accounts and territory development.The chosen candidate will be seasoned, self-motivated and a team player with a proven track record in environmental, chemical or related industries. The selected candidate will have comprehensive and technical knowledge in the areas of sustainability initiatives, recycling programs, chemical and waste management methodologies and strong knowledge of RCRA and DOT programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIESMaintain and strengthen current customer relationshipsDevelop / implement business plan for assigned territory to increase market share and achieve quarterly/yearly revenue growth targetsArrange business meetings with prospective customersForecasting / tracking territory performanceCollaborate with internal departments to achieve growth targetsProvide trustworthy after-sales support internally and with customers
