Description Robert Half is seeking a permanent Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk to become an essential part of a company's rapidly growing team in Naples. As the Accounts Payable Clerk, your duties will include matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks. Within this dynamic department, you will have an opportunity for career growth and advancement.Major responsibilities
Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners
Complete special projects on an as-needed basis
Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling
Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time
Carry out a full-cycle A/P
Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks
Help with internal and external audits as required
Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it

3+ years of prior accounts payable experience ole
Spreadsheet and database capabilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
