The Senior Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing consulting projects across a wide range of engineering disciplines. This role requires expertise in building envelope, structural integrity and property assessment. The Senior Engineer will collaborate with property stakeholders, legal professionals, and contractors, and serve as a technical leader on multi-disciplinary projects. Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, developing reports, providing expert consultation, and overseeing project execution from evaluation through remediation.Structural inspections, reserve studies, water intrusion investigations, property turnover surveys, concrete restoration, painting and waterproofing programs, property condition assessments, asphalt pavement evaluations, drainage, erosion and ground settlement studies, roof consulting and design, and envelope consulting, milestone inspections and reporting, full-scope project management.The role supports the Regional Director in areas such as financial oversight, budgeting, and manpower planning, leveraging deep expertise in architectural design and construction practices. This position offers a competitive relocation package for those not based in Naples, FL.
