Description Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic company to find a Bilingual Logistics Coordinator to join their team. This is a contract role, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in logistics and supply chain management while utilizing their bilingual skills in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate tracking.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Maintain and update shipment records, inventory logs, and delivery schedules.
Provide customer support by handling inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments or products.
Assist in preparing shipping documentation, including invoices, packing slips, and labels.
Help monitor transportation costs and contribute to cost-saving efforts.
Support team members with general administrative tasks as required.
Utilize logistics software and Microsoft Office to manage and report data.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Basic understanding of logistics operations, with a willingness to learn and grow.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
