HR Systems Administrator – SAP Success Factors

Job Profile Summary

The HR Systems Administrator will work in the HR Portfolio on projects related to HR systems including the implementation and deployment of SAP Success Factors modules and integrated applications. In this role, the Systems Admin will configure, setup and deploy modules or components in various shipboard and shoreside environments. This area of the business will be on a fast growth trajectory and we are looking for someone who will be flexible, work independently and as part of a team and be growth-driven to learn new things and help the portfolio expand their systems to create a great employee experience across our 100,000+ global employees.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • System Configuration – SAP Success Factors and associated modules (Cash Box, Learning Management System, etc)
  • Integration with other 3rd party applications (ex. Open Text, Document Management System)
  • Deploying software and/or to our shoreside offices and call centers.
  • Work on projects and/or support of products as assigned
  • Work as part of the HR portfolio team
  • Function as the lead technical resource on certain projects

Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP Success Factors basic configuration and/or system administration (1-2 years or more)
  • Basic networking
  • Troubleshooting software problems
  • Working with Onboard IT Managers on the fleet for deployments
  • Strong communication skills – written and spoken – will work with business partners and other IT departments

Physical Demands
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
