Small, but growing business, looking for a professional and organized candidate to help with many tasks. Such as, client relations, onsite estimates, invoicing, advertising, maintenance record keeping, material purchases, job scheduling, payroll input, employee management, keeping track of company spending, bill payments and many others. Essentially, you would be taking care of a 4 year old established business that needs help with everything other than the labor portion, at the moment.
Musts:
Be a highly motivated individual.
Have very good customer service skills.
WANTS to run and scale a business.
Preferred:
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry.
An associate's degree in a business-related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
A minimum of 3 years in customer service, management, or leadership roles within the landscaping industry, local marketplace, or a related organization.
