Self-Storage company in Marion and Citrus County seeks a full-time employee to become Facility Manager. Schedule will include 5 full days. Applicants must have reliable transportation. Employees will need to able to maintain facility, including cleaning units and making small repairs, rent units to customers, handle and track cash/checks, and be a friendly and helpful face around the facility. This job also includes a lot of customer service and administrative work. Applicants with storage experience are preferred, but all candidates will be considered.
Pay is in line with similar local facilities and is negotiable based on applicant’s experience, this is not a management position.
Company has locations in both Marion and Citrus Counties, applicants could end up being offered a job in either area and must be flexible to work in either. After a few months’ probationary period, on-site housing may be offered.
