Seeking a full-time Service dispatcher/Customer Service Rep for a busy service company servicing The Villages and surrounding areas
Applicant must have basic office experience, excellent customer service skills, be dependable, able to multi-task, good under pressure with good judgement skills that can problem solve when needed.
Candidate must be able to work as a team.
Experience with basic computer skills a must, willing to train the right person.
Position includes answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, applying for permits and backing up the office with all general office work. Attention to detail, pride in work and dependability a must, only serious applicants need apply. Health/Dental & Vision Insurance available after 90 days
Hours are 7:30-4:00 Monday – Friday.
