Job duties include:
Coordinate tenant repair requests (scheduling and follow-up)
Dispatch service providers
Ordering and tracking of materials for property repairs & renovations
Advertise properties for rent or for sale online and social media.
Assist management with acquisition of new real estate assets
Answering phones
Data Entry

Salary: Starting $16.00 / hr. plus bonus
Holiday Pay, plus Paid Time Off.
Schedule: Day shift No nights No weekends
