Familiarity with various work measurement techniques such as predetermined motion time systems (PMTS), work sampling, and direct time study. Strong background in Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to drive decision-making. Experience in developing layout designs for equipment and workspace to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Must be a U.S. Citizen due to facility requirementsDesired Skills: Proficiency in using simulation software (e.g., Arena, Simul8, FlexSim, SIMIO) to model, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes. Familiarity with predetermined time systems such as MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) or MOST (Maynard Operation Sequence Technique). Proficient in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for designing and analyzing manufacturing systems.
