Our manufacturing client is seeking a Lead Mold Technician to join their team. As a Lead Mold Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing supporting the Operation and Technician teams. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Lead Mold TechnicianLocation: Ocala, FLPay Range: $25.00/hourWhat’s the Job?
Machine setups and mold startups
Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Accurate production count keeping and reporting
Maintaining data sheets, change checklists and process adjustments
Training operators to adhere to all related company policies
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma/GED and Technical Education
5 Years of mold setting and plastic injection molding experience
Technologically advanced with experience in office programs
Forklift and crane experience
Excellent time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
