General Restaurant Manager Opportunities Available.
Two positions: AM Manager and PM Manager
Position Description
-Approx 30-35 hours/week | 2 Week Days off guaranteed
-Salary - Negotiable depending on experience - discussed in interview
-Overseeing all day to day operations for front and back of house regarding guests experiences, new staff training/procedure implementation, scheduling, food ordering, inventory management, and vendor relations.
Requirements:
-5+ Years Experience in General Restaurant Management with working knowledge in BOTH FOH and BOH
-Strong understanding of food and beverage handling requirements by the State of Florida.
-General use of computers and Microsoft products (Excel, Word)
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Working knowledge of POS systems (We use Aloha. Willing to train but experience given preference)
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift 35+ lbs. This is a fast paced and physically active job.
-Must work well independently in a fast paced environment.
