Position Requirements:
⢠Availability to work 20 hours per week
⢠Availability to work 3 Saturdays a month
⢠Property management experience preferred but not required
Your responsibilities as a Leasing & Marketing Professional would include:
⢠Selling! Selling! Selling the property to prospective residents
⢠Implementing new and innovative ways to market and increase prospective resident traffic
⢠Providing prospective residents with one-of-a-kind, highly detailed and customized touring experiences
⢠Offering legendary customer service
⢠Closing the deal and completing all necessary tasks, paperwork and administrative duties

Prior experience in property management is preferred, but if you don't have experience in the field, we will bring on people with a strong background in sales and customer service.
