Step-by-Step Success, LLC is hiring Behavior Technicians / Teaching Assistants to work throughout Central Florida. Training and Credentialing is done on-site. Applicants are required to have a minimum of a high school diploma, 2 years experience working with children, and must be able to pass and FDLE Level II background check. Applicants must possess the following:
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Ability to be flexible and follow a lesson plan
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with peers
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have the ability to follow an individual lesson plan
- Must be reliable
- Must have a lot of energy and enthusiasm and a desire to teach children
Job Responsibilities include:
- Working on-site and in-home with children with Autism
- Running Daily lesson plans
- Communicating with peers and supervisors regularly
- Must be able to work and/or train in multiple locations

Pay ranges from $14.00 to $25.00 per hour and is based on the service areas covered. Applicants must be willing to travel to and from clients homes throughout Central Florid and surrounding areas.
