Looking for RN who can act as a concierge nurse (https://www.nurseregistry.com/blog/what-is-a-concierge-nurse/) to help provide medical oversight for my mom's care. She is medically fragile and has 24/7 in-home care in place.
We have 24/7 in-home care for her at the moment, but are looking for qualified medical expertise help manage her condition and wellbeing.
Responsibilities would typically include 1) regular (weekly or every 2 weeks) check ins on her condition 2) remote advice on managing her condition and medication 3) attending doctors visits in person or virtually when possible
Regular in-home care shifts potentially available as well if desired as part of the role.
