National Cleaning Company is looking to hire a part-time custodian to perform services Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform general labor to support operation requirements as needed.
Cleaning duties include, but are not limited to:
Inside Office space, remove and replace new liners on garbage cans, clean desk and remove dust from computers and charis/ Clean Bath room area /remove garbage bags and replace with new ones,/ clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, wipe down walls and doors, clean mirrors, refill paper towels and soap. In Breakroom area clean wipe down to disinfect tables and chairs, organize chairs / clean windows and door entrance.
Sweep and mop floors/ Use vacuum on carpeted areas.
Warehouse area:
Swipe and pick up debris, dust out concrete area by swiping with a dust mop, and do yard maintenance.
Process trash removal and corrugated scraps with a compactor. Empty trash container/ Well use of blower/ Remove pallets and wood.
Walk around the facility and pick up debris / The candidate must be able to follow instructions/ and be able to lift at least 30 pounds.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail is a must.
Clean record.
Janitorial experience.
