NEEDING ONE-TWO INDIVIDUALS (COUPLES/TEAM work better) CLEANING SMALL DENTAL OFFICE AFTER HOURS DURING ONE WEEKDAY and ONE WEEKEND DAY.
One easy account for one person (team) to add to your existing accounts or to pick up some extra money ($225 paid monthly) for under 4 hours a week (2 cleans per week); basically $28 hourly. Located in Crystal River off SR 44 near Meadowcrest. Simple, easy, and fun for great money. We are looking to expand and bring on other accounts in the area that can be added to your route. Must have own equipment with a good vacuum.
We will be 1099 (pay your own taxes).
Need a strong, long term commitment to build a fun working relationship.
Requirements:
- Experienced (know what looks dirty, how to clean it, and make it look great)
- Transportation (reliable and back up)
- Valid DL
- Speak English
- Have own equipment (vacuum (backpack preferred but not required), mop, bucket and cleaning solutions. (all accounts stock own toilet paper, soap, paper towels and etc)
- Be dependable, reliable, and communicate.
- Have a backup plan
