Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties
- Dig trenches and build irrigation lines according to design plans
- Use power tools and hand tools to assemble and install irrigation components
- Test irrigation systems for proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, and other issues with irrigation systems
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters and adjusting sprinkler heads
- Collaborate with landscape designers and contractors to ensure proper irrigation system installation
Qualifications:
- Must have drivers license
- Previous experience in irrigation installation, maintenance, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in irrigation work
- Familiarity with lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance practices
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues with irrigation systems
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as digging trenches and lifting heavy equipment
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
Knowledge of residential and commercial irrigation systems required.
