At American Janitorial Inc, we are looking to hire two Operations Managers for The Villages & surrounding areas. Requirements:
- Must have experience in the janitorial industry, (Preferred Managment Experience).
- Must be able to pass a FDLE Background Check.
- Must have valid driver License.
- Must have flexible schedule to work nights or weekends if needed.
- Must be knowledgeable with computers and Microsoft excel.
Job Duties/ Description-
- Staffing, hiring and termination of cleaning techs.
-Training.
-Supply Inventory & Ordering
- Quality control inspections.
- Customer communication.
- Responding to complaints & Correcting complaints in a timely manner.
- Computer skills, keeping track of payroll notes, able to work with apps
- Perform other management related tasks as required.
-May need to clean when needed.
