Real Estate Investment Company in Ocala looking to hire a Property Maintenance Technician/Handyman/Property Manager to work on our properties in and around Ocala. Looking for someone based in Marion County. Company Vehicle to be provided.
Compensation: $18+ Per Hour. Salary Negotiable Based on Skill Set

Qualifications
Previous experience in residential apartments/Homes or handy man services a plus
Experience with maintenance tools and equipment
Access to personal tools
Ability to handle physical workload
Plumbing - Electrical - Carpentry - Appliance Repair - HVAC
HVAC certified a plus
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must be able to work flexible hours and some weekends
Fluent in a second language is a plus.
