Job description:
We’re seeking a professional who can handle tree removal from the bucket and guide our crew in executing safe, efficient, and high-quality work. This role requires someone with expertise in rigging, chainsaw usage, and leadership to set the pace for the team. What You'll Do:
Work in the bucket to safely remove trees using rigging and cutting best practices
Set a high standard of safety and pace for the team
Lead, train, and mentor crew members in safe and efficient tree service work
Ensure proper cleanup and job completion
Qualifications:
Significant experience in tree removal and team leadership
Strong knowledge of rigging and chainsaw handling
Ability to lead by example and maintain high safety standards
Pay: $175.00 - $300.00 per day
Paid time off
Year round work
Driver's License (Preferred)
Pay is based on experience and production from $175 to $350 per day.
