Smart Choice Tree Service is looking to hire an Experience Tree Climber. Must have your own tree Climbing gear and valid driver's license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation. Must be punctual and have a great work ethic.
Experience:
- Tree Climbing
- Previous experience in tree trimming or related field preferred
- Familiarity with tree growth patterns and maintenance techniques
Responsibilities:
- Trim and prune trees to promote healthy growth and maintain desired shape
- Remove dead or hazardous branches using proper equipment and techniques
- Operate bucket trucks and perform aerial tree work as needed
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify tree care needs and implement appropriate solutions
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service
