Seeking a work camper to start immediately 20 hrs. a week. Seeking a person with maintenance experience to perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of the park. They will conduct building maintenance repairs and are responsible for the upkeep of property grounds, facility, streets, equipment, and various utility systems.
Job duties include:
Picking up and emptying trash daily, shovel, perform maintenance or repair duties, use power equipment, drills, and other hand tools.
Complete routine maintenance and minor emergency repairs, plumbing, sewer, construction, and street repair.
Inspects and maintains recreational amenities to ensure everything is in good condition, making minor repairs as needed.
Ensures the park is presentable and inviting at all times to provide excellent curb appeal.
Weeds, rakes leaves, plants flowers, shrubs, spreads mulch, woodchips, stones, trim shrubs and hedges, cuts down and removes tree limbs damaged by adverse weather conditions, and performs other lawn care services as necessary.
Ensures trash/debris picked up daily from common areas and streets.
Cleans and maintains maintenance garage and completes inventory on equipment.
Reads electrical meters prior to guest arrival, upon guest departure, and once a month for electric billing process.
Maintains Park vehicles and equipment.
Payment for services will be the exclusive use of an RV site on property at no cost for site rent, $75 towards monthly electric, $20 in quarters each month for laundry use. Applicant must be 55 years of age or older, possess your own RV, have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in the FL temperatures.
