Requirements include knowledge of the following:
Basic drywall
Make-ready skills
Experience working on HVAC systems (preventative maintenance and repairs)
Basic plumbing
Carpentry
Basic electrical
Flexible schedule to include rotation of emergency on-call phone
Experience preferred in the housing industry
Must have own basic tools, valid drivers license, and transportation
