Essential Functions:
Collect, sort, and store recyclables and compostables in the appropriate containers.
Ensure proper equipment operation of refuse trucks is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
Operate on and around a refuse truck and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Maintain the cleanliness of the refuse area at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an as-needed basis and be on your feet for up to 8 hours on a regular basis.
Ability to work in all weather conditions year-round.
