The Opportunity
A Regional Sales Representative has responsibility for the growth and development of a territory. He or She will maintain existing accounts while building new relationships to achieve revenue goals. A successful Regional Sales Rep gives dynamic presentations to school administrators, Vendor and Special Events, Conventions, Restaurants, Businesses, Hotel/Motel, Multi-dwelling Units, Residential Home Owners, coordinates direct mailings and organizes other promotional activities to sell our Home Entertainment Packages.
The Candidate
Ideal candidates have an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about TV and helping other people save money. This competitive go getter will have the ability to multi-task, work with a sense of urgency and have excellent follow up skills.
Required skills and abilities:
We prefer 2 plus years of outside sales experience with strengths in relationship building and consultative sales, but experience is not necessary
Experience attaining sales goals
Effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to successfully engage with various professionals
Self-motivation and drive
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have a strong work ethic.
Must be well disciplined.
Should embrace challenges and strive to overcome them.
Must have excellent Customer Service Skills.
Must have own transportation.
Well Groomed.
Well Spoken.
Willingness to Self Educate yourself with current product and promotional knowledge as well as sales and closing techniques.
Must be very organized.
Should have a passion for helping others.
Must be willing to learn new things.
Must be a quick learner.

Over $100 + Bonus per sale to start (average of 4 or 5 sales per day). Your choice.
