This is an opportunity for the right person to use your sales expertise to drive company growth and revenue. We offer a flexible work schedule, a weekly base salary plus performance-based commission and bonuses!
Monday-Friday. No Sundays or Major Holidays.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell Residential Paint jobs to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers via multiple channels, cold calling, door to door, lead follow ups etc
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers
Estimate projects accurately and provide quote to customer within 24 hours
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Consistent follow up with existing leads until job is accepted or rejected
Achieving sales targets
​Qualifications:
Five years (or more) of proven outside sales success in commissioned sales
Previous Commercial or Residential Painting experience preferred
Valid Driver License and insured Vehicle required
Strong Negotiation and persuasion skills, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Outstanding customer service skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Comfortable with technology and able to easily learn new software
Experience in a painting or home improvement/construction company
Must live in or easily commute to Ocala and surrounding areas
