Our partner company is currently seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join the team. The primary responsibility of the Desktop Support Analyst is to serve as the point of contact for client support issues over the phone. Documentation of the troubleshooting steps taken and ensuring ticket closure are essential parts of the role.

Responsibilities:

- Managing a ticket queue and handling incoming calls

- Collaborating with the Desktop Support team to provide optimal solutions for client tickets

- Embracing a team-oriented approach and fostering a collaborative work environment

Certifications required (if you're unemployed you may qualify for a free job training/certification prep course):

- CompTIA A+

= CompTIA Network+

- ITIL Foundation (preferred not mandatory)

Minimum of 2 years of customer service /support experience in desktop support or a related role
