I have a house with an addition. That addition has a flat roof. Over the years the flat roof has been a problem and the addition has deteriorated due to leaks.
I am looking for a contractor to rebuild the utility room and extend the house's existing roofline to resolve the watershed issue.
The first picture in this posting shows the house as it currently is. This includes a flat carport which will also be removed.
The second picture is a representation of the house with the new roofline. The area inside the red box shows the area of change.
I expect to do new shingles on the entire house at the same time.
