Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to site visits, planning, overseeing and documenting all aspects of each project, ordering of materials based on estimate/bill of materials and scheduling labor. Must have experience with the permitting process, and reading plans while making sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.
