What You’ll Be Doing
Start in the warehouse to learn inventory and materials
Transition into production roles based on your strengths
Perform general production tasks in a precast concrete facility
Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, physical environment
What You Need
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Ability to work well with others
Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Must submit a resume
Must complete standard employment screening prior to start
Job Details
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $16–$17/hr. to start
Grow to $18–$25/hr. based on performance and placement
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Hours: Avg. 58 hrs./week (45 guaranteed + OT)
Shifts Available: Must be flexible
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (7 workers needed)
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM (27 workers needed)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (40 workers needed)
