HIRING PRO PAINTERS
Hiring top-tier new construction painters. We are seeking painters who are highly skilled and knowledgeable in all phases of the trade. Prep / caulk & putty / sanding, brush & roller, spray finishing and airless sprayer upkeep/operation , stain & varnish, etc. Must be able to work in the heat, interior & exterior work, ladder work daily.
These are well paid , full-time hourly positions; all on the books, no exceptions. Reliable transportation is a must. Work starts and ends on site. Must be able to move from site to site as needed.
We have a very high volume of work, most of it in Citrus County. 15-20% of the work is in Marion County or other nearby areas. Our standard work week is Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm. Besides the standard breaks, we also provide a 30 minute paid lunch break daily.
Our current work load is composed as follows:
70% new custom homes ($1M plus)
10% new basic homes & duplexes
10% commercial new construction
5% repaint work
5% industrial & protective coatings
The right fit will wear painter’s whites, have professional tools and setup, be on site ready to work on time daily, be able to perform at the highest quality levels, and be ready to work as directed.
Pay starts at $18-$20 an hour depending on abilities.
