About Us:
At Konchan Polishing, we specialize in polished concrete, epoxy flooring, and specialty overlay systems for large commercial projects. We run a tight ship and rely on top-of-the-line machinery to deliver high-quality results. Now, we’re looking for a dedicated mechanic who can help keep our equipment and shop in top-notch condition.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain and Repair Machines: You’ll handle routine maintenance and repairs on our concrete polishers, grinders, propane burnishers, autoscrubbers and related equipment .
Organize the Shop: Keep our warehouse organized, including managing inventory, tools, and parts so everything is easy to find.
Order Supplies: When parts or supplies run low, you’ll be the go-to person for ordering replacements to keep us running smoothly.
Shop Runs: The need will arise when you need to deliver something to the guys in the field
Or pick something up locally for something you’re working on. You’ll need a reliable personal vehicle and a valid drivers license.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone with hands-on mechanical experience, especially in maintaining industrial or construction equipment.
A person who’s detail-oriented, loves a well-organized workspace and is mechanically curious is a must.
Someone comfortable with ordering and tracking inventory—a little bit of admin skill is a plus!
