Foreman must speak Spanish and English. Looking for someone who knows how to work and manage my guys. Need someone to set the pace and make sure everyone is getting everything done. No drug addicts or alcoholics need someone who is reliable. For the right person this can be a lifetime job with a salary and benefits. Labor must have transportation and be ready to work hard. Must be reliable. Speaking English is not needed.
