We’re looking for a highly skilled, professional window and door installer (or crew) to join our growing team at Windoor Retro Professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven background installing a variety of windows, sliding glass doors, and exterior doors on residential projects.
We’re specifically looking for experienced professionals with at least 7 years of hands-on installation experience who take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum 7+ years experience installing windows, sliding glass doors, entry doors, French doors, and other exterior doors.
Must be proficient in:
Accurately measuring rough openings.
Safely and efficiently removing old windows and doors.
Installing new units level, plumb, square, and fully sealed against water and air infiltration.
Flashing, waterproofing, and finishing installations per code and manufacturer requirements.
Reading and interpreting blueprints or installation instructions.
Troubleshooting framing or structural issues during installs.
Having a reliable helper is highly preferred — we’re looking for crews who can complete jobs efficiently and cleanly.
Must have:
A reliable truck and trailer capable of transporting doors, windows, and materials.
All necessary tools for professional installation.
Must be professional, courteous with customers, and committed to maintaining a clean, organized job site.

Location:
Preferably based in or near Marion County, Florida.
Must be willing to occasionally travel within a 70-mile radius for larger projects (gas and time compensated).
Compensation:
Piece work pay structure (paid per job).
